PRIDE's mills at Savar and Khilgaon are part of Bangladesh's textile story. That land is now planned as places to live, shop and gather — homes over podium retail, built with modular precision and delivered in partnership.
It is a new use for land that has served the city for a generation, and a legacy for the families who will call it home.

PARTNERS & GOVERNANCE

All purchase payments and home-loan funds are paid into a controlled escrow account at a scheduled bank, released only against certified progress.
The plan, the pricing and the construction costs are each reviewed by parties independent of the developer.
